REFUND
RULES OF REFUND AND RETURN RETURN OF PRODUCTS OF PROPER QUALITY

You may reject the product at any time before its transfer or within 7 days after its transfer.



A product of proper quality can be returned if it was not in use and retained its presentation, consumer attributes, package integrity, brand labels, and the document confirming the fact and conditions of the product purchase is available.

If you reject the product, we will make a refund net of the delivery cost within 10 days from the date of claiming. The products of proper quality returned by the buyer shall be delivered to the seller at the buyer's expense.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS OF IMPROPER QUALITY

7.2.1. If you find defects in the product and demand its replacement, we will replace such products within 7 days from the day when we receive the product returned and replacement claim. If the product requires additional quality check, we will replace it within 20 days from the date of claiming. If the product necessary for replacement is out of stock at the moment of claiming, we will replace it within one month from the date of claiming



You may reject the product and demand a refund instead of filing a replacement claim.

TERMS OF PRODUCT RETURN AND REPLACEMENT



  • To return or have the ordered product replaced, you need to fill out an application and contact us via the feedback form.
  • The defective/incorrectly packaged product shall feature original labels and packaging when being returned to us.
  • If you return products of improper quality, we will bear the cost of delivering the products back to us.
  • If you return products of proper quality, the products shall be delivered to the Seller at the Buyer's expense.
  • The products returned shall not be subject to payment on delivery
  • The products are returned by SDEK transport company to pick-up point SPB3 located at the address: 28 Kolomyazhsky Prospekt, Bld. 2, 14-H, Saint Petersburg or to the address: 22 Serebristy Boulevard, Bld. 1, Apt. 48, 197227 Saint Petersburg.


REFUND

The refund period depends on the refund method and shall be no more than 10 days from the day when the seller has the returned goods delivered at the seller's warehouse and receives the application for a refund filled out by the buyer. The time of credit of funds to the recipient's current account depends on the internal regulations of the recipient bank.
